You can attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. No experience necessary. \nDuring the day you will have the chance to dance and dive into a selection of some very beautiful and unique movement & expressive practices. \nSCHEDULE:\n◈ 11:45am-2:30pm Blindfolded Tribal Trance Dance with Cacao Intention Setting Ritual: Trance Dance is an invitation to a dance journey into yourself. You go inwards with your eyes closed and with the help of a blindfold\, to see with your heart and connect with the wisdom inside you.\nPlease note: Use of a blindfold is essential to get the most out of this practice!(No entry after 12pm sorry\, this is so we can all journey together. Please bring a yoga mat & blanket\, blindfolds will be provided!) \nWHAT YOU WILL NEED:\n1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms. \n2. We dance barefoot\, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks. \n3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water & lemon water refill available at the venue. \n4. Yoga mat and blanket (essential for Trance Dance & Rage Ritual). Blindfolds will be provided. \n5. Packed Food/ Snacks to have during the breaks\, complimentary tea/coffee will be available. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. \n

The first step is to become embodied and learn how to first come home to the safety within. So it is a very structured workshop designed for you to experience the healing effects of releasing anger and aggression\, transforming it\, like alchemy\, from lead into gold. It can be an incredibly vulnerable experience to allow our internal feelings to be witnessed and released so expect to release emotions\, to cry\, to scream perhaps. \nWe’ll be tapping into our Bioenergetic Alchemy toolkit\, which is rooted in humanistic embodiment practices\, to offer you a powerful container to access and release pent-up feelings\, claim your boundaries\, and step into your power. \nAs the process continues\, we move from the grounding practices to the emotional release exercises\, to begin to express\, the deeply suppressed anger held in the body. \nMany people cry or have epiphanies during this process as emotions and traumas that have been stored for sometimes\, many years can come up. \nOverall\, Rage Ritual can be extremely healing. We know the idea that anger isn’t acceptable in our culture\, and for good reason\, it hasn’t been allowed to be expressed in healthy and safe ways. But holding onto and suppressing anger and aggression can be equally harmful! We need to learn to express our natural emotions in a healthy way & in safe spaces. \nWe have designed this workshop to be as accessible as possible for those who are ready to dive in wholeheartedly\, and ACTIVATE THEIR ROAR! \nStrictly no latecomers! – Sorry\, please arrive on time!
