You can attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. No experience necessary. \nDuring the day you will have the chance to dance and dive into a selection of some very beautiful and unique movement & expressive practices. \nSCHEDULE:\n◈ 11:45am-2:30pm What’s your Vision for 2023? Guided Creativity and Meditation Workshop – This workshop is based on the work of Creative Flow Dojo®\, whose main aim is to help you develop daily habits to make your dreams come true!\nWhether it’s about writing that book\, meeting “the one”\, creating a rewarding career\, having the courage to take risks in your life\, achieving daily healthy habits\, or just feeling good and being more connected to your body and your life-vision\, we would love to support you! \n• Creative Flow – The optimal body-mind state of consciousness where we feel and perform at our best. \n• Dojo – A dōjō is a space for immersive learning and practice. This term is traditionally used within the field of martial arts. \nMany of us know what it’s like to be in an optimal state of “creative flow” and when we are deeply connected to the best of who we are. But do we have to just wait for inspiration to strike\, or is there a way that we can hack ‘the zone’?\n◈ break 60 min (selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway) \n◈ 3:45pm-5:45pm CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS & BREATH – Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. During this workshop\, you will be invited to first tune into yourself\, your body\, and your sensations through guided meditations and exercises. Create safety\,grounding and containment\, we then meet others in a non-traditional and heart-centered way. Join us to learn to honour your personal boundaries\, open your heart and learn to enjoy your desire for both connection and taking space\, and then to communicate and honour both with authenticity. \nWe’ll also have time to tune into the power of our breath to energise\, revitalise and nourish ourself and the connections between us. \n◈ break 75 min (selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway) \n◈ 7pm-9:45pm Ecstatic Dance MY ECSTATIC ODYSSEY – an evening of Uplifting & Heart Opening Electronic Dance Music\, Cacao Ceremony\, Positive Intention Setting/ Ecstatic Dance SoundWave.
