Each of our all-day workshops we offer Londoners a kind of sanctuary space to come and dance\, be themselves\, dive deep\, have fun\, release stress\, connect with their body\, and stretch themselves beyond their usual way of being. THE RITUAL is a deep dive journey. \nFeel free to attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. And then we will let the music\, the community and our own inner space direct our steps\, our movements\, our expression\, our journey.
