Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms. \n2. We dance barefoot\, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks. \n3. A reusable water bottle. In case of a heavy rain forecast\, we will cancel the dance at least 3h prior to the event . \n1. Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself. Dress in layers in case you get warm/cool. Bring a warm jumper/ jacket and waterproof jacket with a hood in case of a light rain. \n2. Ensure that you wear comfortable shoes and your feet are warm though you are welcome to dance barefoot. Please note that were we dance is a bit wild\, has long grass so don’t expect a perfect lawn. \n3. And in our busy lives\, we don’t make time for a deeper connection. \nThis Summer Solstice workshop is an opportunity to slow down… and dive into Nature\, to dive into Her. \nWe will be utilising Bioenergetic Alchemy techniques to open the body up so that we can feel the sensitivity of Nature\, of the Sky\, the Trees\, our Breath\, our Being…Bioenergetic Alchemy is powerful work and extremely effective for releasing stress and tension\, helping us to ground\, and bringing us more into the present moment. \nThis workshop is a synthesis of Bioenergetics\, Chi Gong\, Eco-therapy\, Shamanism and Tantra.
