You go inwards with your eyes closed and with the help of a blindfold\, to see with your heart and connect with the wisdom inside you.\nPlease note: Use of a blindfold is essential to get the most out of this practice!(No entry after 12pm sorry\, this is so we can all journey together. Please bring a yoga mat & blanket\, blindfolds will be provided!) \nWHAT YOU WILL NEED:\n1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms. \n2. We dance barefoot\, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks. \n3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water & lemon water refill available at the venue. \n4. The first step is to become embodied and learn how to first come home to the safety within. It can be an incredibly vulnerable experience to allow our internal feelings to be witnessed and released so expect to release emotions\, to cry\, to scream perhaps. \nWe’ll be tapping into our Bioenergetic Alchemy toolkit\, which is rooted in humanistic embodiment practices\, to offer you a powerful container to access and release pent-up feelings\, claim your boundaries\, and step into your power. \nAs the process continues\, we move from the grounding practices to the emotional release exercises\, to begin to express\, the deeply suppressed anger held in the body. \nMany people cry or have epiphanies during this process as emotions and traumas that have been stored for sometimes\, many years can come up. \nOverall\, Rage Ritual can be extremely healing. We know the idea that anger isn’t acceptable in our culture\, and for good reason\, it hasn’t been allowed to be expressed in healthy and safe ways. But holding onto and suppressing anger and aggression can be equally harmful!
