This supports the nervous system to discharge excess activation and settle more easily into calm. \nThe 4 Stages (60 minutes total)\nStage 1 Shaking (15 mins)\nStanding with soft knees\, you’ll be guided to allow natural shaking/tremoring. This helps loosen tension\, wake up energy\, and clear stress from the body. \nStage 2 Dancing (15 mins)\nMusic opens into free movement. No steps to follow — simply let the body lead\, expressing whatever wants to move. \nStage 3 Stillness (15 mins)\nYou pause and become completely still (standing or sitting). This is where the nervous system can integrate and the mind naturally quietens. \nStage 4 Rest (15 mins)\nYou lie down and rest. Main space is a shoe free zone – please wear socks\, soft indoor shoes or grip socks. \nFACILITIES: There are bathrooms at the venue but no changing rooms\, you can leave your coats\, shoes\, bags in designated areas. \nACCESSIBILITY: Wheel chair access to Main Hall only which also has an accessible toilet directly off the main hall. The access is from Braden street\, where access is via small temporary ramp. Access from the front is via 5 steps with a handrail. Please email us if you require wheel chair access. \nPARKING: there is limited parking available around venue. Please be aware that the venue is in an Ultra Low Emission Zone and you may be liable to pay the daily fee.
