These sessions guide you back to your natural\, relaxed state through a simple\, powerful active meditation! \nJoin for Kundalini Meditation (5:50–7pm) and\, if you wish\, stay on for Ecstatic Dance & Cacao + Wellness space (7:15–10pm)\, all held in the warm glow of our stunning Grade II listed venue in Maida Vale. \nWHAT IS KUNDALINI MEDITATION? | 5:50–7pm\nKundalini Meditation is often described as a “shake-and-dance” meditation\, an embodied practice that helps release stress\, soften mental noise\, and reconnect you to grounded presence. \nRather than trying to force relaxation\, we begin by letting the body move in the ways it naturally wants to: shaking\, dancing\, stillness\, and rest. This supports the nervous system to discharge excess activation and settle more easily into calm. \nThe 4 Stages (60 minutes total)\nStage 1 Shaking (15 mins)\nStanding with soft knees\, you’ll be guided to allow natural shaking/tremoring. This helps loosen tension\, wake up energy\, and clear stress from the body. \nStage 2 Dancing (15 mins)\nMusic opens into free movement. No steps to follow — simply let the body lead\, expressing whatever wants to move. \nStage 3 Stillness (15 mins)\nYou pause and become completely still (standing or sitting). This is where the nervous system can integrate and the mind naturally quietens. \nStage 4 Rest (15 mins)\nYou lie down and rest.
