Thank you” \n\n\n\n\n⋘ ─ ∗ RAGE RITUAL™ – Unlock & Activate Your ROAR! ∗ ─ ⋙\n3:30PM-5:45PM (no entry after 3:45pm) \nWhat is Rage Ritual™? \nThis is a workshop designed to create an environment in which we can release our natural anger & aggression in a safe space\, and in a safe way\, without judgement and with a positive appreciation of our innate power and strength! \nOften in our culture\, we are taught from a very young age\, to hide our emotions and bottle up the anger\, sadness\, and pain that we feel inside. \nRage Ritual™ will teach you how to get in touch with these feelings\, and express your natural emotions in a healthy way\, & in a safe enough space. \nThe Process \nThe Rage Ritual™ process begins with grounding and centering mindfulness practices. The first step is to become embodied and learn how to first come home to the safety within. So it is a very structured workshop designed for you to experience the healing effects of releasing anger and aggression\, transforming it\, like alchemy\, from lead into gold. It can be an incredibly vulnerable experience to allow our internal feelings to be witnessed and released so expect to release emotions\, to cry\, to scream perhaps. \nWe’ll be tapping into our Bioenergetic Alchemy toolkit\, which is rooted in humanistic embodiment practices\, to offer you a powerful container to access and release pent-up feelings\, claim your boundaries\, and step into your power. \nAs the process continues\, we move from the grounding practices to the emotional release exercises\, to begin to express\, the deeply suppressed anger held in the body. \nMany people cry or have epiphanies during this process as emotions and traumas that have been stored for sometimes\, many years can come up. \nOverall\, Rage Ritual can be extremely healing. We know the idea that anger isn’t acceptable in our culture\, and for good reason\, it hasn’t been allowed to be expressed in healthy and safe ways. But holding onto and suppressing anger and aggression can be equally harmful!
