At Ecstatic Dance London & URUBU we have created a variety of transformational experiences (ecstatic dance, active and guided meditations, embodiment practices, sound journeys, conscious connections, retreats and a lot more!) designed for supporting you in your personal life journey, enhancing community wellness and togetherness.
We bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, heart centred and humanistic approach into all our work and have been running regular classes, events & retreats in London and UK since 2009!
