A guided, alcohol-free dance journey in London.
No choreography. No talking on the dance floor. No phones.
Just music, movement, and shared presence.
Ecstatic Dance is a conscious, alcohol-free dance experience where you’re invited to move however your body wants. There are no steps to learn, no talking on the dance floor, and no expectations—just music, movement, and presence.
For over 15 years, Ecstatic Dance London has offered a space for exploring dance as meditation, expression, and emotional release. Whether you’re new to conscious clubbing or a seasoned mover, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

A half-day gathering of embodiment & authentic connection in West London
We host regular ecstatic dance events in multiple London locations.
Each session includes:
Some evenings lean tribal and rhythmic. Others feel like sober rave nights.
All are grounded in the same shared agreements.
Whether you’re brand new or have been dancing for years, you’re welcome.
Alongside our weekly dances, we offer deeper immersion experiences.
Urban Day Retreats
One-day Saturday retreats combining movement, breath, cacao, and nervous system reset.
Spring Awakening Retreat
A multi-day embodied retreat to reset and reconnect.
Ecstatic Dance Festival UK
Five days of movement, live music, nature connection and conscious gathering each summer.
These spaces allow more time for integration, rest, and deeper connection.
If you’ve danced a little too much or simply need somewhere to soften, our Aerial Relaxation Pods offer suspended stillness and deep relaxation. Held several times a week, they’re here whenever your system needs gentleness.
