Ecstatic Dance London offers a substance-free rave and conscious clubbing experience, where people of all backgrounds are welcome to move freely and express themselves; no choreography, no expectations, no dance experience required.
Each session is carefully held to support safety, inclusivity, and authentic expression. The dance floor becomes a shared space of rhythm, sweat, stillness, play, and connection.
You don’t need to know how to dance.
You don’t need to “perform”.
You simply arrive as you are.
What Is Aerial Relaxation?
You arrive, ease into a soft aerial hammock, and are guided into comfort as live soundscapes, gongs, crystal bowls, handpan, vocals and nurturing ambient music gently wash through you. Aromatherapy and colour work deepen the sensory experience, while the rhythm of the hammock encourages your body to let go and settle.
