Each week we’ll meet to explore different Bioenergetic practices to release stress & get grounded in our bodies and explore a conscious connected breathwork session.

What is it all about?
Though not a therapy group, the purpose of our Tuesday evening “BREATH, ENERGY, ECSTASY” group is to provide an environment for connection, growth & self-discovery for anyone interested in creating positive changes in their life.

Explore a combination of humanistic body-based practices such as bioenergetics and breathwork, group sharings, and guided meditations.

This 4-week journey is a blend of both western humanistic embodiment methods, with eastern meditation practices & esoteric traditions. The group will explore many different ways in which these methods can bring about deep spiritual and transformational change to all aspects of our life.
