START YOUR DAY WITH BEAUTIFUL GUIDED MEDITATIONS

Join us for these daily (Mon-Fri 7:30am-8am) Creative Flow Guided meditations for accessing optimal states of health, wellbeing, and creativity. We look forward to introducing these beautiful morning practices to you and if you’ve attended before, welcome back!

In these morning sessions, Seth will guide you through different daily creative flow meditations to tune your body and mind to the best of who you are. A regular creative flow meditation practice is a proactive way to wire your nervous system for health, wellbeing, and creativity.

  • Creative Flow – The optimal body-mind state of consciousness where we feel and perform at our best.
  • Dojo – A dōjō is a space for immersive learning and practice. This term is traditionally used within the field of martial arts.

Many of us know what it’s like to be in an optimal state of health and wellbeing,  what we call a state of creative flow – but do we have to just wait for inspiration to strike… or is there a way that we can “hack the zone’?

In the Creative Flow Dojo®, we use a combination of tools to achieve a “creative flow state”, for health & wellbeing, creativity, and optimal performance. Getting into “The Zone” To be generative, we must first create the optimal conditions to get into the “creative flow state”.

BENEFITS OF DAILY CREATIVE FLOW PRACTICE:

– Learn how to get into a creative flow state, and with practice, stay there. This is what the Creative Flow Dojo™ is about, helping you to get into an optimal state for creativity, performance, health and wellbeing.

– Learn how to develop a  creative flow state in which you can creatively engage with whatever you’re faced with. It could be a criticism, it could be a challenge, it could be a particular problem, or it could be a creative performance!

– Learn how to develop and maintain a peak performance state, what we are calling a “creative flow state”. Athletes and creative performers might call it “the zone”, or martial artists might use the term “chi flow”, but whatever you call it, it is a state that enables you to deal skilfully and creatively, with whatever it is that you’re engaged with.

WHERE? Online via Zoom Zoom link will be in Eventbrite email confirmation in ‘Additional Information’

WHEN? Daily mornings 7:30am-8am Monday-Friday (UK, London time, GMT +1)

WHAT TO PREPARE? Loose comfortable clothing suitable for movement & relaxation, and a reusable water bottle. Headphones recommended! Please arrive 5 minutes beforehand to check the technical setup. Thank you

Level 2 – Cost £55: 1-week membership *Plus* 1 Coaching session: 5 x Creative Flow meditations (a different meditation each day) + 1 x 90 minute 1-to-1 Creative Coaching session with Seth

Level 3 – Cost £45: 1 x 90 minute 1-to-1 Creativity Coaching session with Seth

Level 4 – Monthly membership – Cost £99: 1 x 90 minute 1-to-1 Creative Coaching session with Seth Plus 4 x weeks of online meditations Monday-Friday

As a coach, Seth is dedicated to helping people calm, empower and rejuvenate their busy minds and bodies to achieve the best versions of themselves. Seth brings a wealth of experience holding heart-centered spaces.

In addition to guiding people on their life journeys, he enjoys helping clients design lifestyles of optimal health and balance with creative living practices.
