WHAT IS THE DAY ABOUT?
Each of our all-day Saturday Sessions offers Londoners a kind of sanctuary space to come and dance, be themselves, dive deep, have fun, release stress, connect with their body, and stretch themselves beyond their usual way of being. You can attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. No experience necessary.
During the day you will have the chance to dance and dive into a selection of some very beautiful and unique movement & relaxation practices.
