OUTDOOR DANCES

Using our Silent Disco – Head-Phones based sound system, we will journey together, dancing on the Earth and beneath the Sky, with the music to inspire our movements and expression. No experience necessary. All welcome, including children! Our outdoor dances are seasonal and usually we start these in mid April-Mid October, weather permitting, we do not dance in a heavy rain.

INDOOR DANCES

Join us for our indoor Ecstatic Dances! You and your awesome friends are invited to join us for our freestyle, expressive dance & moving meditation classes. An Evening of Ecstatic Dance with No Alcohol, No Drugs – Just Music, Amazing Rhythms and Cacao! This is a unique dance experience in London!

We have danced in many beautiful venues since 2009, have taken part in various festivals and continue to offer the best indoor ecstatic dance events in London! No experience necessary. All welcome.
Our indoor ecstatic dances are not suitable for children.

Over the years we have created and hosted a variety of Ecstatic Dance, Embodiment, Meditation, Tantra & Relaxation retreats, festivals and campouts in Portugal and the UK! We bring wealth of experience, professionalism, dedication and heartfulness into all our offerings.
